The UPort 1400-G2 series USB-serial converters are ideal for laptops or workstations that require an expansion of the serial interface. They are essential for computers that need to connect various serial devices in the field or that require separate interface converters for devices without a standard COM port or DB9 connector. The computers also come with a USB cable that has a latch and screw lock to ensure a secure connection between the UPort and the computer. The UPort 1400-G2 series converts from USB to RS-232/422/485. All products are compatible with older serial devices and can be used with measuring devices and point-of-sale applications.
